We want you to love your LIVAN purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of your order date for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition and free from any damage, stains, odors, or excessive wear.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

All preorder items will ship within 2–4 weeks of your order date and no later than 4 weeks.
If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, your entire order will be held and shipped together once all preorder items have arrived at our warehouse. In-stock items will not ship separately.
If you would like to receive your in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders: one for your in-stock items and one for your preorder items.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.
For orders containing preorder items, your entire order will ship together once all preorder items have arrived at our warehouse. Please note that processing and shipping times may be slightly longer during new product launches, seasonal drops, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

We want you to love your LIVAN pieces! If you need a different size, we’re happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. All exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
To start an exchange, please email us at info@lakelivan.com with your order number and the item and size you’d like to exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and approve your item, we’ll send out your replacement. If your requested size is sold out, we’ll be happy to help you with a return instead.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchanges.
