The sound of a loon across the water is one of those things that just feels like summer Up North. Inspired by slow mornings on the lake and the bird we’ll forever associate with home, our Loon Mock Neck is lightweight, breathable, and made for cool mornings, breezy boat rides, and evenings by the lake. Runs true to size. For an oversized fit, Liv and Van (both 5'7") love wearing a size Large.
We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.
For orders containing preorder items, your entire order will ship together once all preorder items have arrived at our warehouse. If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, the in-stock items will be held and will not ship separately. If you would like to receive your in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders: one for your in-stock items and one for your preorder items.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Please note that processing and shipping times may be slightly longer during new product launches, seasonal drops, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

All preorder items will ship within 2–4 weeks of your order date and no later than 4 weeks.

We want you to love your LIVAN purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of your order date for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition and free from any damage, stains, odors, or excessive wear.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

We want you to love your LIVAN pieces! If you need a different size, we’re happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. All exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
To start an exchange, please email us at info@lakelivan.com with your order number and the item and size you’d like to exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and approve your item, we’ll send out your replacement. If your requested size is sold out, we’ll be happy to help you with a return instead.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchanges.
