We want you to love your LIVAN purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of your order date for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition and free from any damage, stains, odors, or excessive wear.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Please note that processing and shipping times may be slightly longer during new product launches, seasonal drops, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
